i have a problem with portal , guest can see it but members can`t see it :S

You have to change the permissions within tinyportal. You shall look into it to solve it.

Normally mod related questions are best to ask in the mod's own support topic, or in this case over at tinyportal's own site, but as suggested the problem might be permissions - have you checked them?
