[solve]After one admin screwe up, my forum doesn't work

Hello, one of my admins screw up my forum, he replace files in ftp and the forum shut down
Now i upload the files again, but when i run the repair_setting.php i receive the following message;

Not Found The requested URL /in4tek/install.php was not found on this server.


I don't need to install a new forum, only repair this one
Can someone help me? Please?

the problem is in settings.php, have a bad request to db
