prob upgrading

HI i keep gettin this when i update thru webinstall

The installer was unable to download the archive (http://mirror.pdx.simplemachines.org/index.php/smf_2-0-rc1-2_upgrade.tar.gz) from the server. Please try using the regular installer package instead.

I'm afraid webinstall does not work on all server configuration, perhaps that is indeed the case: please try using the regular upgrade method, that is download the large upgrade package from http://download.simplemachines.org/, unzip and upload the files in your SMF folder. Then, run upgrade.php.

upgrade went ok but gettingthis when i goto forums
