Hi there

I think this plugin is just what I am looking for but I can't seem to get it to work.

Now, I know this is my fault as I am a complete muppet when it comes to this sort of stuff. In fact, it's surprising I managed to upload and get SMF to work in the first place, to be honest.

I've uploaded the plugin, installed it and so on, but I don't see the two boxes added into the Current Theme admin page under 'Themes Options and Preferences' as in your screenie.

For reference, i'm trying to get the logo in the custom theme I am using (Aliennation with the logo at the top right corner of the forum replaced with the one for my site) to be clickable back to the website the forums link from.

I think the line of code that I need to modify is
<td align="right"><img src="'.$settings['images_url'].'/logoright.jpg" alt="" /></td>
But I really don't know how.

I can see you've been very patient with a lot of people in this thread so far, so i'm loathe to test your patience any further, but I would be very grateful if you could help my noob ass out please.

oes not work for me i have installed it and i have pot the url in both sections and it still redirects me to the forum index i am using 1.1.10 and i am not using the default theme.

You will have to edit your custom theme''s templates manually for my mod to work.

I can get the new url to work but i can't get the new logo to appear at the top left of my forum where the forum name now exists. When i try and add the logo i get a broken/missing icon.

What the heck am i doing wrong?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Both links are unclickable. Did you install the mod and entered the urls to the redirection correctly?

Ok, i reloaded this mod, added the new logo to /Themes/default/images folder and i still get a broken/missing image logo when i go to the forum. The link from this broken/missing image works fine but the logo does not show up.

Can anyone help?

You might want to clean out your browsers cache, I went to the link you listed earlier and its working just fine.

i have a site using a theme called grudge superstar. smf 1.1.11, same version as gmoneyluv. i can't seem to get the logo redirect modification to work.

current theme > theme and settings > ...i left "Logo image URL" blank. then there is 2 text input from installing logo redirect mod. i fill in both with my homepage url. it still doesn't work for me.

please let me know what i need to provide for more clarity and support. thank you.

Thank you for the mod. Got it working. How do I modify it to open the clicked URL on the logo in a separate tab? Like "target=blank" code. Thank you for the wonderful plugin.

Where do i insert the target=blank code? In the CSS file? Let me know if it will work.
