As i said u above i installed auto link checker to newly installed smf ....without taking any database backup so i think its not possible that the tables allready exists in the database.

so what shud i do now ?? shud i need to delete the tables manually from database...if yes then please provide me the name of that table....

Well, delete the "checker" column from ($prefix)messages (smf_messages) table then try to install it again

This simply isn't working for me.. the links look no different, there's no indication of if the download is working or not.. is there a common problem, or am I stupid, or is it just not working?

Note: I just installed it 10 mins ago.. does it take time to actually.. work?

No it does not take time to work, another member had an issue with this once, I dont think it ever got solved, EVER! lol

I think something in this mod is server dependent, since I can install it right now and it will work fine, thus proving, there is nothing wrong with the mod.

I can't imagine why it would fail.. another mod by the same author that relies on getting data from other websites works fine.. if there is another user with the same issue, it means it's compatibility problem with the mod, and not my problem..

the link is working fine but i dont know why it showing the dead link here is the link

As MDVD told before the only simple way to add more sharing server is add the server with check tools inside, various site have tools for check link, i tried to add them but without result, may be somebody more good with php can try to modify the autolinckecer Sub.php

I cant wait for new version because i noticed lots of BUGs after using this MOD from beginning!

My problem happend yesterday and its still here, after trying to open some post with links inside i get blank page, turning OFF this great MOD everything works 100% i can open every post, turning it ON again i cant open any post with links inside (RS, MU, FF, ...)

So i contact host, they said everything is ok on their side regarding server (which is shared), then problem is with this MOD (already tryied to reinstall, same)!

I cant imagine my forum without this, its dead forum so i badly need answers or M-DvDs new version!

So.. to clarify, you get this error only when attempting to view posts that have dead Rapidshare links?

If So..
I suggest you disable the mod completely then uninstall it, and clear/drop the checker column in smf messages.

Try installing the mod again after doing all of that, don't make any changes to the code (usually to remove the 100 link limitation)
