Help with re do

Ok so I've seriously screwed up my forum some how with some mods I've installed recently and wanted to know if I could save just this forum data (posts, boards, arcade scores, and downloads) and completley start over. Is that possible and if so I need a REALLY detailed map to do so..I'm using the newest 2.0 version too btw

Just do a file refresh. It wont harm the database and will take your forum back to a default SMF installation. Download a copy of the RC1.2 large upgrade pack and unzip it on your desktop, then ftp the files into place.

Note that you don't need to load upgrade.php. Really you don't need to load any of the images either, which saves a bit of time. The main things you want are theme files (templates, css, etc), all the Sources files, plus the files in the main folder (index.php etc).
