[2.0 RC2] Upgrade Package Missing Index

Hi,

I was just comparing the tables of my upgraded database with a clean install of 2.0 RC2 and found that table log_subscribed is missing the index on status that the clean install has.

The query to add the index on status seems to be in place, though, on RC2 public upgrade script, as well as the current svn version. I'm not sure why you miss it, might have been an issue in RC2 charter. It seems solved now, in any case.
