2 Users using "English Language"

I have German as default but 2 Users are using englisch UTF ?
How can i find out who is using englisch and how can i delete the language ?

Why?

You can stop people from using other than your default through the language settings in your admin panel.

You can't delete English, by the way. The forum won't work properly if you do.

I have disabled the option to allow users select other languages but who is unsing englisch ?

If you have disabled the option to select a language, then it's most probably an admin account - since that permission doesn't stop admins from using english if they want to.
