Packages installed but not showing

Hello community

I had this problem with v1 but now I am on RC2

I have installed about 10 packages and they all installed perfectly  but don't show up anywhere at all.  I have tried to uninstall and receiving errors.

2: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource

and

Sources/ManagePermissions.php) [<a href='function.fopen'>function.fopen</a>]: failed to open stream: Permission denied

Please help

Are you using the default theme? (which for RC2 is Curve)
