Linking Databases togahter

Hi frineds ,

I had smf 2.xx intall in my website & now I want to intall another social network  script in my website is it possible to link the dataabase togather so that memeber can login with single user ID.

Ah, this isn't about linking two forums together. This is linking some other program to SMF.
