Can't install AEVA. Really Need help

I currently have these mods:

7.    Spoiler Tag    0.6b    [ Apply Mod ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ]
8.    Aeva Media    1.0 Alpha    [ Apply Mod ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ]
9.    TinyPortal    1.083    [ Uninstall ] [ List Files ] [ Delete ]

I click [Apply Mod] to install Aeva Media 1.0 Alpha 2, it just REFRESHES the page.

My SMF is 1.1.11 and I have set permission to 777

Any solution besides manual install? I haven't tried that yet and am not sure if it even works

You do not need to set the permissions.

Also some of these Mods might be out-dated.

Does the same problem happen when attempting to install a different mod?

most mods work.. there's one called SMF Prediction League. The same problem, it just refreshes the page

Is it a large package? Because it's either a problem due to package size (I suppose), or a particular way of setting it up. Does that package have sub-folders, for instance?
