[SMF 2.0 RC2] Missing, [Edit Smileys], Button

Ok, Maybe I am confused, but I don't see the link to Edit Smileys. You know that page where you can set up the BBC for each smiley.

Ok it is located in SMF 1 under Admin> Smileys and Message Icons > Edit Smileys

In SMF 2 I suppose Admin> Forum> Smileys and Message Icons> (no edit smileys button there)

But I figured something out.

If I go to
index.php?action=admin;area=smileys;sa=editsmileys in SMF 2 the edit smileys page shows. But it has to be a missing button/link to the portion of the control panel, because it shows the same area without a button highlighted. This is not a custom theme too, it is the default.

Can anyone confirm this? If not may it be a mistake on my part, maybe a mod or hack? One thing though I have not installed any mod or hack for smileys, so it has to be SMF right?

Enable customized smileys
(otherwise, the default smileys will be used.)
