Group Membership

Hey,

I've been searching for the modification "Group Membership" which SimplePortal + Dream-Portal has, this is where people can request to join a group via their profile etc...

Both of this sites are running SMF 2.0, This is a default feature of 2.0, and I'm not sure if there's a mod for it for 1.1.

In 2.0, when you add or modify a member group, there is an option called "Group Type:" there you select whether you want it to be Requestable (a member requests and a mod/admin approves/denies), or "Free" (a member joins or leaves the group at will without a need for approval)
