Primary Membership

When a new member registers how do you set which membership level they are automatically assigned to?  I created one simply called, "Registered."

New members are assigned to the "Ungrouped Members" group.  In fact anyone without a primary group set is in the "Ungrouped Members" group.

I don't see an "Ungrouped Members" group in the manage membergroups menu.

Thats because it doesn't really exist as a group.  If it was a group then they wouldn't be "Ungrouped" would they

Okay, so when Coppermine asks what usergroups to use I enter Ungrouped Members?
