[SMF 2 RC3] PM Cosmetic Issue?

When reading a PM it now says, "Reply, Quote, Delete" instead of "Quote, Reply, Delete" as in RC2. Is this a cosmetic change or is there more to it?

I'd be guessing it was made "more consistent" since reply is the default for posting in topics.
Holder of controversial views, all of which my own.
