Post layout problem

I think I found a little issue.

In Curve, in short posts the signature begins right under the end of the post. That leaves blank space beneath the signature (see attached file)

In 1.1 the signature is always at bottom of the post independently of the post length (see file 2)

I don't believe this is actually a "bug".

Reason is, 1.1 uses tables, 2.0+Curve doesn't. Different, but I'm not sure it's actually considered to be a bug, I'd also point out that it may be slightly different in 2.0 RC3, which isn't what this site uses. (Here is an older version of 2.0 RC3 prior to its release)

It happens in the current public RC3 too. Yeah, that might be not a bug, but I personally think that the blank space under the signature isn't eye-pleasant. It's neater the signature to be at bottom of a post as in 1.1. But you, Devs, chose

I agree with you, but there are limits to what can be done without using the apparent evil that is tables.
