Avatar Permissions...

I have searched this forum and found several post about avatar permissions being set for certain membergroups...
But I don't see where it has been applied to SMF.
I find that I have to search through my Attachment Manager everyday just to see if my Lurkers or Newbies have uploaded an avatar that I have to delete.
It would be way simple if there were permissions for this.
If this has already been applied can someone please let me know how to set these permissions.

I agree that there should at the very least be a permission for "Can upload avatars". Currently, this is a global setting. However, it probably wouldn't be that difficult to this permission.

i would really like the ability to restrict certain member groups from using avatars at all,
as a way of rewarding certain membergroups.
