Still bad grammar. The term "reply you" makes no sense at all. It should be "reply to you".

actually, the "reply you" is wrong... the rest is not wrong... it is just using the passive form, which is wordy and awkward...

I still think 'We'll reply you as soon as possible' is right! 'We'll reply to you as soon as possible' is just out of question.

Any English teacher here ? I don't think that a preposition is needed.
