I still think 'We'll reply you as soon as possible' is right! 'We'll reply to you as soon as possible' is just out of question.

Yes, there is an English teacher here. Kindred is one, and he just told you a preposition is needed. There is another English teacher here too. Kat is English. He concurs. Go figure.

"Reply you" is no more correct than "talk him". As in "I will talk him tomorrow".

"Reply you" is out of the question.

sorry...   leaving the preposition out is grammatically incorrect. I don't care what the internet says, if any of my students did that, I would mark them down. Any English teacher who says that you can leave the "to" out in that phrase must be working on translating from another language....

(F.L.A.M.E.R) if you leave out the "to" then you'e kind of missing a critical part of the sentence. After all, how do we know how you're replying then? You could be replying "for" us, replying "with" us, or even replying "on" us.

Or we could just avoid this whole discussion by going for something like "You will receive a reply shortly."

As I'm Swedish, I can see a certain logic in "reply you" as that's how it's constructed in Swedish ("svara dig"). There's not a chance in the world we'd add a 'to' ('till', "svara till dig") there.
But when it comes to English... No, just no. It sounds, and is, wrong.
