The UP removal is very similar if you'd like to add it,
but looking at its code, you must be able to disable it
if (!isset($context['disabled_fields']['posts']))
echo '
<dt><strong>', $txt['profile_posts'], ': </strong></dt>
<dd>', $context['member']['posts'], ' (', $context['member']['posts_per_day'], ' ', $txt['posts_per_day'], ')</dd>';

Nice mod :)
Do NOT give admin and/or ftp details to just anybody, see if they are trust worthy first!!  Do your homework ;)

Masterd

Thank you. Maybe I will add UP code in version 1.2, but not now.

Afro

I dont think forum members will endorse this idea.

Masterd

Maybe they won't, but this was very useful to me.

What about the ability for per-board or per-category?

Hi...

Is there a way to hide the post count on the topic view, but keep it on the user profile?

Bruce the Shark

Can anyone please tell me if this mod is working correctly with version 2.0.9
I have installed it but my post counts are still showing

That's odd. Did you try to clear the cache and then refresh the page a few times?

Oh hi
Sorry i should have better explain this to you, that the post counts are not increasing but i am still seeing the post counts as 0 in my avatars.
I was hoping that this would be removed.

Post count is not increasing? That's got nothing to do with my mod. There's a specific board setting for that.

And that is.....where?

Admin -> Boards -> Modify Board -> Count Posts: ?
My pet rock is not feeling well. I think it's stoned.

Thanks Steve
I am aware of  Modify boards but the only thing i see is Count Post which is unchecked.
But this still shows the value "0" next to the member
