How to protect our Articles And Seal Them with Patent Rights?

Oya

can't patent an article

you can only copyright it and under the terms of the berne convention, that's done as soon as you create it

What do you mean Dude?

All creative works like an article are copyrighted automatically. Not that you should use those rights! I strongly suggest considering whether you could instead voluntarily give up some of your rights so that information and creativity may be spread further!

Patents aren't for works but for inventions (ideas). If you patented an idea and then implemented it only the implementation would be copyrighted.

How can you prove i am using Illegal Version of VB and my articles are stolen, which one?
@Admins and Mods please close the thread it is going offtopic.

Dannii

Sahil_kr, you confessed in another topic to be using an illegal version of vB!

Some practical advice: if you want to retain control of something don't put it on the internet because there is always the chance that someone will violate your rights. But... most people won't and I don't think it's worth getting uptight about.
