Depending on their responses I may demand that they take down my badges as I do still maintain copyright ownership on them as I never signed their CLA.

Sounds like a threat to me. At least, something I'd move on to make sure it can't be done and the drama is avoided.

I do recall you posting about an irrevocable perpetual license to use the design after I pushed you on it, however. That post is probably somewhere in the team boards. Not really legally binding, though, so still not smart to rely on it.

I agree, the old ones where more easy to identify more colorful, this new ones its all grey and just a bit of the team color. 

I wouldn't mind seeing a similar design with a bit more color. That doesn't make the current ones "ugly" in my eyes, however.

Exactly, I never signed anything. So like you say, it's not legally binding.

My blog isn't really as public as you make it out to be.

Anyway, their response was quite literally nothing. So I wasn't going to call their removal on nothing.

Oh well.. I guess I'll take my designing skills elsewhere.

I never used the "ugly" word to describe the current ones,  I just said, in my opinion, the old ones had more "team color"  and that they were more easy to identify, the current ones all look the same:  gray.

Sorry if it seemed I was saying that to you directly, I was referencing some of the things that others had said as well.

What about making the text the same color as the stripe? That would help with the color.

Ah, didn't see this thread.

My only issue is the 'Team' title is on the right, and in western society we read from left to right.  So it's a little unnatural for me personally to read.  The non team ones look a little unfinished for some reason, but then no major issues there.

I figure if this is a result of the issues with Gazmanafc and his 'licensing' of his previous badges, then it needed to be done.  If it's that case it's sad that ex team members play these silly and childish games.

If the badges I made do not "measure up", take them away and make new ones. Doesn't bother me, but please, do NOT get bullied into it. If the team still thinks they are great, don't bother listening to the same people that have used this tactic many times before.

they are OK,  the only thing is on team badges, the word "team"  is too small, and been the only thing that differences from non team members I think is important to make that difference clear enough.

So opinions are bad thing? Okay. Sorry, but if i dont like them, i have right to say that. IMO they look unprofessional. Sorry if i hurt your feelings Bloc, but im not going to say i like them just to make you feel happy. No offence dude, nothing personal and dont take this too seriously. These are just opinions. Everyone has one. I just dont change mine every day like some people here. But i dont get into that, because i dont want get personal here. I leave that to you.

If you are going to have them, my suggestion would be to make the colored space a little bigger (top to bottom) and bigger text, as us older guys that are "visually challenged" can read them.. They blend into the "Curve" theme.
