How to remove side panels + Permissions

Hey guys

My site is located at http://gamesoverview.org

I cant remember anymore. How do I remove the side panels from my forum board?
Also, where and how do I set the permissions so that guests can view the boards, but not read any of the topics/posts?

It's the theme not the actual forum.

Figured the panels. It is actually on the portal panels settings.

Now the only thing left to figure are the permissions. Where do I modify the permissions so that guests can browse the forum, but not view any of the content (topics,posts)

Admin>>Features and Options "or" Admin>>Configuration>>Features and Options>>General... Allow guests to browse

Admin>>Members>>Permissions>>Edit Profiles... edit each permission profile as you see fit.
