memory exhausted error

I'm running SMF 2.0 rc3 (I think, but I can't login to check.)  I have just one mod, pretty urls.  According to my host, rebooting my server is not making it come up again and my error logs show:

Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix?

Delete /home/lawschoo/public_html/cache/data_688ac772c7761cc3948f1ef12a7f214f-SMF-modSettings.php

And then see if your forum loads...

I tried re-uploading the Sources directory, but that hasn't helped either.

Any other suggestions?

You can try to disable pretty urls... i'm not sure how, you'll have to check the mod support topic for assistance on that.
