[Fixed] Package Manager not working.

As tittle stated, when i select package manager i recieve a blank page "page cannot be displayed".

Anyone known with this issue?

Using the latest SMF 1.1 3 BetaPublic with Bloc's Helios Multi theme.

You have some corrupt tar.gz file in the Packages directory, which is crashing zlib.  Delete all the tar.gz files in the Packages directory.
