I go to my home page and see this,  Can't find file: './pangeaaq_aquatic/smf_settings.frm' (errno: 13), how do I correct that?

Can you attch the index.php file that's in the root of your forum, to your next post?

I don't think that smf_settings.frm is a standard SMF file.

Did you recently install any mods?

I havent installed anything in over 2 months heres the index file

at a quick glance your file looks ok, and your forum loads fine here. where are you seeing the error message?

Just had the server working on the database... seems they fixed it.

Funny, that. I was just about to say:

OK, here's how I understand it...

frm files contain the formatting information or structure data for a MySQL databaseand  specifies the tables stored in the database and defines the fields and structure of each table.

Thinking on it, it might be that your database has gone squiffy.

Can you attempt a repair, from your site's CPanel?

If that doesn't fix things, I think you need to have a word with your host.
