[FREE] URL forward

I remember seeing this before is some SMF forums.  When someone clicked on a FOLDER, it will be forwarded to another site, but the URL is cloaked.  Of course, one needs to be logged in, and the level of membership must be "qualified" to view the forwarding folder.

Where can I find this please?
