Honestly,

I think your server is timing out... What type of hosting do you have? How large is the site with database and everything?

The size of the entire site is 18mb.
The size of the database is 3 or 4 megs if I remember correctly.
It's a windows server.
The restoration of the database is done through the hosting support.
The php.ini is located at 120 seconds the set will run
php scripts.

May be the file permissions?
I can not define them at 777 for testing ..
