Mod Approval Question

I've submitted an avatar set almost a month ago which hasn't been approved.  If I go back in and edit the set, does it put my mod to the back of the line or does it stay in the same queue where it currently is?  I don't want to edit the content of the page by stating that I created the images and then have it go back to the back of the line.  At the same time, I don't want to have to wait to have someone ask me whether these are mine, if I have permission to use them, or if they were stolen like last time and then have to wait another ten days or more.  (answer: they are mine)  It's just avatars.  The package either uploads or doesn't!  (Which it does since I'm using them on two of my sites.)

I guess I should start uploading the smiley sets that go along with these avatars, now, so they can be approved sooner rather than later.

When a customization is edited, it retains its position in the queue as stated (I think) in the guidelines.
