Categories in Add and Edit Membergroups pages

This mod adds the category names to the list of boards in the membergroups management pages (Admin > Members > Membergroups > Add Membergroup and Admin > Members > Membergroups > Edit Membergroup and the edit a membergroup).

This mod should simplify the identification and selection of boards visible to a membergroup. By clicking the category name all the boards belonging to the corresponding category will be selected.

UPDATE - March 12, 2017
This Categories in Add & Edit Membergroups Pages was last reported as compatible with up to SMF 2.0.4.
I can confirm that it is compatible up to SMF 2.0.13.
