Ok I've seen the theme and most probably the tags around the names are bit different.

for eg in index.template.php

Code (original:) Select Expand

<li class="greeting">', $txt['hello_member_ndt'], ' <span>', $context['user']['name'], '</span></li>

Code (your theme:) Select Expand

<li id="name">', $txt['hello_member_ndt'], ' <em>', $context['user']['name'], '</em></li>';


Now, can you try to find these codes by yourself and depending on me can take some nice days to get your job done . It can be a nice learning experience for you also .

No I meant

- "original code" => What we had in default curve theme
- "your theme"   => Code your theme is having.

If you look closely there are only tags difference between the two.

I have a huge problem with this mod. Whenever I try to install this, there seem's to be a lot of "Testing Failed" on all the theme's.. Even the defult. Anyway to fix this?

Must be some other mod conflicting with it. Try to install the mod manually from here.

1.   Minimun Characters or Words Mod
2.   Activity_Bar
3.   Remove Index From Title

Just mention here which files on default theme are showing errors for you while installing the mod.

mk. So I deleted all the files on my forum and uploaded SMF 2.0 RC5 and didn't upload any other mod's cept this one and these are the one's that failed:

./Themes/core/index.template.php

./Themes/core/BoardIndex.template.php

./Themes/core/MessageIndex.template.php

./Themes/core/Display.template.php

./Themes/core/PersonalMessage.template.php

/Themes/core/Memberlist.template.php

Even with these mods "Member Groups Icons" mod is getting installed flawlessly. I really don't know how you are getting those errors.

Can I ask why have you moved to RC5 from SMF 2.0? As SMF 2.0 is more updated version as compared to RC5, having several fixes.

Also on clean install of RC5 this mod seems to getting installed fine without any errors.

I moved back to SMF 2.0. And I did not install any other mod's or theme's. I went to install this mod and got error's.. The same one's..

So are you getting the errors on default curve theme or core theme?

Core theme is not the default theme for SMF 2.0, curve theme is the default one.

It works fine for the defult.. but I don't use the defult ever. I use other theme's. And this will not work with any other theme :/
