If a user is using Core Theme, the 'tabs' on profile page (summary, modify, actions) aren't clickable with iOS devices, making it impossible for iPhone and iPad users to modify their profile.

Confirmed problem exists on this site with iphone

Illori

this site is using the default curve theme, can you clarify which theme you are talking about and which version of smf this affects?

If I understand well your problem, the tabs aren't clickable with any browser. You have to select the relative submenu.
There is a bug report with a fix for that, see if you can apply and if it works for you. ;)

Take a peek at what I'm doing! ;D

SMF 2.0.1, using Theme Core.

Cannot, for eg, modify profile, unless the setting 'Use sidebar menus instead of dropdown menus when possible.'

That's a limitation of the CSS drop menus system. No js means no click to open, which means no accessibility on touch screen. Use the sidebar menu for touch screen. It would be best to use custom css too, because the default line spacing for the links is too tight for fingers.

Turns out the latest smartphones are coded to handle pure css drop menus anyway.
