Moving theme stuff in Admin.

It seems odd, to me, that some things have to be done to each theme, individually, rather than for all themes.

Case in point:

Admin>Current theme>Hide post group titles for grouped members:
Enabling this will not display a members post group title on the message view if they are assigned to a non-post based group.

If people want things, like that, they're more likely to want to do that with ALL themes, surely?

Would making it thus cause hassles?
