Help me please!!!!

Hi all, yesterday my community was on english and i decided to put it on my langauge! So i put maintenance Mode to fix the forum myself and today when i open the community it doesn't show any login,only the words i left to members that comes and see maintenance mode!
So pls help me : hxxp:www.fontex-community.tk [nonactive]
U can't understand the comments because they are on albanian!

P.S: this problem was solved but while i was fixing the forum again it crashed again :S!!!!

Via FTP open Settings.php and change value like this $maintenance = 0

PLs help me,i have another prob. now! When i set to 0 the forum appears ERROR

And if i set to maintenace mode 1,i can't even login! this bug is really bad :S! Please find me a way how to fix it :S! Even if u need the control panel i'll send it by PM to only high staff!!

Branko, im having really problems now! i will pm u my control panel and i don't know my phpadmin password :S!
