hello my question is if i add a new theme,but my mods will not work,and i am trying to add my mods work in my theme if for example my theme dont got register.template.php files,it will use my defaults edits?
you know what i mean?

if any theme does not have a template it will use the template from the default theme.

not unless they use a template that your theme has that you need to edit to apply the mod.
