Trouble editing template....

I am a new user, but i have edited the template Classic YaBB SE Theme to meet my needs, hxxp:www.shortstories.uni.cc/forum [nonactive]

But i cannot get rid of the white outline/background. And if I go into the Admin there is a

that is black text, how do i change that color? I couldnt find those two things in the CSS file. Could someone plz help me change them?

honestly, the default theme is easiest to start off with. Just work from that.
The only thing php can't do is tell you how much milk is left in the fridge.

Actually, the classic theme uses some hardcoded colors for the background colors. You'll want to take a look at index.template.php.
