need to remove white space from edited "Curve" theme

I had a theme converted for me, but there is a lot of white space remaining below the

but the person who did the theme for me doesn't know how to remove it

with Chrome's "Inspect Element" tool it seems to be that the default height of that section is set at 174px but I can't find ANY reference to this number in my css of template files!!

Chrome tells me it's either of the divs "header" or "frame" but where are these defined?

it would be fantastic if someone could help with this as this is the ONLY thing stopping me upgrading to SMF 2!

Not sure I've grasped what you need correctly, but using firefox's inspect element shows that adding a "height: 110px" around line 1349 in your index.css should sort out the white space
