They're added through a portal, probably SimplePortal.

Could you please explain me what is the portal and where i can download it??

Arantor

Well, the portal is an expansion for SMF that allows you to set up the extra area (called a sidebar) that you want. You can get it from http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1104

The theme is that my host have something like custom protection and i cant upload any packs :/

When i try i get this message:
Sorry, your PHP configuration doesn't have support for zlib. Without this, the package manager cannot function. Please contact your host about this for more information.

What do you suggest me??

Arantor

I suggest you contact your host about it and tell them that you need zlib support. There's nothing that can be done in SMF to fix that.

I download a stable version at www.simpleportal.net [nofollow]

Well i think that i put the files in the correct places but please can you help me on where sould i put the files??

I download this version: http://simpleportal.net/index.php?action=downloads;area=stable_simpleportal_packages;file=118 [nofollow]

Arantor

Unpacking the files isn't enough, there's also code changes that have to be made specifically to SMF itself. You could do it manually, I guess, by following the manual parse instructions on the page I linked, but you probably should talk to your host about getting zlib installed - no mods will work without that.
