Ah, no, it is for all users. All users' names are not visible.
It looks like that (avatars are visible unlike names, but aren't shown on my screenshot):

is it possible to get your buddy list on your homepage? like in teh picture but,show there username,profile picture and some other information?

Can some please explain why the member's name doesn't show up at all? None of my users have been deleted and the forum is new, but the mod is kinda useless if the name doesn't show on the page. Everything else works but the name. Is anyone still supporting this mod?

Today I updated the mod, does it solve your ghost user problem?

Yes, the issue with "buddies in common" has been fixed.  Only issue I see now, is the missing member's name from where buddies are displayed.  circled in orange.

Ok, thank you very much, Live.

I just noticed after uninstalling, and uploading the new file and removing the old zip file that the new one still says version 1.0.1 in package manager, I'll install anyway, just letting you know.

Update: Installed and working, thanks again, Live. Now if I can just figure out why smf's buddy system doesn't work right.
