I think this Agreement should be made a part of SMF.... with a choice to the admins if they wanna use it while registeration or not. It basically helps to keep board much more safer for kids esp when you have a universal site for all ages but some sections with no porn.... but mature talks..

In 1.1, you can require all registrants to be at or above the age of 13 (or any other age selected through the admin panel).
