No pop up notification when using certain themes

Dont get a notification when i use certain themes, while using carbonate i don't get the pop up notification for a new message. Where should i start checking and looking into, thanks

installed PM Informer and is working now, also uninstalled advance pop up notification, thanks

It's actually a per-theme setting anyway... so it's likely that it's not a bug at all.

All the correct notifications are on , like they should be. I read another thread where there was an issue with menu editor lite & the advanced pop up . I deleted the advanced pop up and problem solved. There seems to be a problem when installing the advanced pop up
