How to move SMF One Site Posts to Other SMF Active Website ? (2.0.x) Version. I am running SMF forum in one website.

Example":

forum.example.com (Site 1) (having more than 40 posts in different section)

example2.com/forum (Site 2 which is already having some active topics and replys)

Want to move forum.example.com site content to example2.com/forum website.

Please help.

Well I was sleeping at the time you posted so probably why you didn't get an answer. 

Please realise that people are in different time zones to yourself.

Also, you should allow 24 hrs before bumping a post - not 45 minutes !

Back to your question, you cannot merge the content of one forum into another that is already active. Well it's not impossible but there are so many dependancies thats it's not really viable.

Golden rule is plan ahead because going back afterwards and changing the fundamental structure will be problematic as you've found out.

well  . . . any easy answer is to get the "alt poster" mod (so you appear to anyone to post)
and copy and post all by hand / only 40 posts? should take well under an hour

thanks for your response. but if we consider wordpress we have export and import post options. here we dont have. ..

A forum is different from a blog.

Why exactly does WP have that import and export? It doesn't seem to actually serve a useful purpose.

Not that it would work properly anyway in SMF; for performance reasons, the 'time' of a post isn't used for ordering posts, their id is (since they should be in order of creation) so importing wouldn't help you anyway.
