I want to know how to make my smileys animated? I have downloaded the Yolks smiley but they are not animated. Any suggestions?

I believe you need to create layered gif images and make the layers play in sequence to create the animated effect.  I don't imagine it's very easy if you don't have the psd file (or equivalent) of the original image...

If you create the images and want to create an animation, from them, this site does them online, quite well:

http://picasion.com

For some free programs, to do it, yourself, there's quite a selection, here:

For a lot of the files on my smiley site, I used Microsoft's "gif animator", which is better than it might first appear, and "GifApp".

Yolks are png files, animated files need to be gif files.

So for yolks, you would need to convert them to gif, and then manually animate them yourself by physically drawing new animations. In short there are no animated yolks icons.
