My dropdowns aren't aligned the right way, and won't go away.

This is my first attempt at completely customizing a theme, and everything is going great, but I ran into this issue. Does anyone know how to fix?

Okay, now there's 3 minor issues. Register at http://pumpedmusic.com/forums/index.php and you'll see that when you hover over a menu, it freaks out and shows up on the side of the page. Go to edit your profile, and there are expanded menus all over the place.

Also, I didn't (intentionally) remove the copyright. Not sure why it's gone. Please tell me what the problems are.

I don't have a portal. The only mod I have installed is glowing usernames, and had these issues before I installed it.
