some members are'annoying to others' / some want an IGNORE Button

Ignore list is a feature of 2.0

There's a built-in feature for ignoring other users but you need to enable it in Admin > Features and Options

Firstly, I fixed the link you posted because you managed to break that.

Secondly, that link is for a 1.1.19 mod and this is 2.0. Please, please, please stop posting unhelpful and incorrect advice.
