Problem with pages in the topic

I'm not sure how we can make the "new" icon "look" like a button. If you hover over it it's quite obvious that it's a link anyway, so I'm not sure what else can be done to make that more obvious.

Actually, in 2.1 it looks more like a button than it did previously.

The keys to making it look clickable are what UI folks call 'affordability'. If something looks like a button people will press it. The usual visual cues to making a button look pressable are to make it look like a raised button (a la the physical world counterpart).

The one in 2.1 has a shadow underneath which hints that it is raised and thus more likely to be pressable. Of course we could always apply border-style: outset to make it look like a button more than it currently does.
