Avatars Automatically Resize

I set the max resolution for avatars to 85x70 so it would work with my avatar, but it automatically resizes it to 85x70 instead of the 85x50 it should leave it at. This is when I link directly to it, when I upload it, it gets converted to a PNG and loses it's animation, but the size stays the same.

Anyway to get my avatar working in it's original form?

EDIT: Oh yeah, it's version 1.0.5.

Where are these resize settings you're talking about? I can't find them anywhere...

In the Admin CP, or in the user's control panel? This isn't my forums, so I don't have access to the admin CP, but my friend does so if you could tell me specifically where it's located I can have him fix it for me.
