Automatically blocking topic after definite time

Hi, I've question, whether exists the possibility to set in one section on forum that topics are automatically blocking after definite time? Let's assume that somebody didn't write 120 days nothing in the topic, so such a topic will be blocking automatically. Does such a possibility exist or maybe through the modification?
