Members cant login "for ever"

Suddenly one of my old members called me on the phone, he cant login, and gets an alarm Sorry, you have reached your maximum numbers of login attempt, wait for 30 sec and try again (or something lika that).

I read elsewhere that another forum owner had this issue, and it worked when the user logged in for shorter time, and this is the same for me, if i tell my member to login for 1 week it works.

Any ideas?

Problem number 2, when activating alarm log, i see i have a lot of alarms looking like the attached image (Swedish):
Any suggestions what this can be?

What does (3352) mean?

Not sure about your login troubles... But the errors are related to something in your portal blocks...  One of your portal blocks is calling for a variable named youtube and another is calling for membername without having those variables defined....

Go to Admin -> Server Settings and change the cookie name.

I changed the coockie name, and it seems to make the login problem disappear.

Yes, i understand there is a problem with the definitions, but where and how should i define these things, and is it at all possible.

One member cant change his signature, everything under the title "Change profile" is greyed out.

Feels like all the problems might have the same reason?
Something happend yesterday that made more than one thing start to act strange.
Thats why i ask in the same topic.
As you know, i have a few forums, and i am used to ask questions.
A admin can split the topic if that is a must in cases like this, but please make a link to this topic if so.
