Restricting Access To Newbies - How? SMF Instructions Confusing

Hi everyone,

We can't seem to sort out the restrictions for new members.

We have set out post-based membership.

We want it to so for new members with 0 posts they can only create a new topic in the Introductions section...to introduce themselves. After they have done this they will then have 1 post and be able to post everywhere on the forum.

How do you do this? The SMF information packs are very confusing.
